Ceres was founded in 1976 as the world's first commercial producer of Cubic Zirconia crystal
for the jewelry trade. Ceres is the world's largest and most-respected supplier of colorless
(or "white") and color CZ rough and produces nearly 40,000 kilograms per month serving customers worldwide.

Ceres is located in a production facility in Niagara Falls, New York, USA. This 45,000 square foot plant was custom designed and built for high-volume crystal production.

The furnaces (or "skulls") necessary for this high-temperature process are of our own proprietary design, which enables Ceres to produce crystal of unparalleled clarity and color. Ceres is the only company that manufacturers a full range of color cubic zirconia rough including Blue & Green CZ.

Ceres has reliable sources of labor, electricity and water assuring full, year-round, production.
